Spend your winter working in the heart of the Snowy Mountains! We are seeking qualified and passionate chefs to join our kitchen team for the upcoming winter season in Perisher.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy alpine chalet environment, creating memorable dining experiences for guests while living and working in one of Australia’s most iconic ski destinations…
As part of our kitchen team, you will assist in delivering high-quality meals across breakfast and dinner service in our popular White Spider Restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting menu preparation and kitchen organisation
• Qualified Chef with relevant experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
