DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required within seven days of booking to confirm the reservation. Please check that you receive our receipt.

BALANCE

Balance is due by arrival date.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are held until 7pm on commencement day of period booked, unless advice of later arrival is received by us. Guests vacating the premises before the expiration of the reserved period are required to pay in full for the reserved period.
Acceptance of Bookings

Bookings are accepted subject to the services or accommodation applied for being available.

AMENDMENTS

Are acceptable (depending on availability) up to 8 weeks prior to booking and will incur an amendment fee of $50 for amendments less then 8 weeks before start of holiday cancellation terms apply.

CANCELLATION

If 8 weeks notice, prior to your first booked night, is received in writing, deposits are happily refunded, less $50 per person in your booking. Cancellations received later than 8 weeks before your first booked night at Eiger Chalet, cannot be refunded or credited.

TRANSPORTATION AND SNOW CONDITIONS

No refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if the guests are unable to arrive on the day of predetermined booking including travel being impaired by transport or weather conditions. No accommodation booking can be cancelled, altered or amended on the basis of weather conditions.

INSURANCE

We strongly advise guests to insure against medical expenses, personal accident, loss of deposit and cancellation fees.

CHECK IN

Is 2pm and room check out is 9 am. Luggage storage and shower/change facilities are available for early arrivals from 7.30 am or late departures until 5pm. The 7pm Skitube from Bullocks is the latest train which will get you to Eiger Chalet in time for dinner.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this web site, Eiger Chalet cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions occurring in the production or changes to accommodation facilities or amenities as specified. NO SMOKING POLICY

Eiger Chalet maintains a strict NO SMOKING POLICY within its building (including out windows.)

CLEANING AND ROOM MAINTENANCE

Rooms may be cleaned daily if requested. Extra cleaning charges of $250.00 per room may be applied in the case of misuse or mistreatment of any of Eiger Chalets rooms or facilities, including smoking in any of the facilities or bedrooms. Damage to any Eiger Chalet facilities will also result in costs being charged to the accounts of those responsible.
